Ribbon, tabs/ groups and buttons/commands (and the Launcher for more options).Rest on each one for description.

 

 

·         Create and save a document. (Save as extension choices)

·         Change page margins - Page Layout: Page SetUp-> Margins.

·         Adjust spacing by deleting any extra spaces between words or extra lines between paragraphs. (Formatting options: Home – paragraph sign – Show/Hide)

·         Paragraphing

·         Squiggles - Red underline; green; blue (too vs two) RClick

·         Quick Access – Find and add (RClick Item)

·         Quick Access Tab

·         New Page - Templates
