Moving from Office 2003 to Office 2007

The following sites are all you will need to transition into Office 2007 applications.

·      http://my.woodbury.edu/Staff/IT/Pages/Office2007.aspx - Links to Miscrosoft resources to help you transition to 2007, such as the link below.

·      http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/getstarted/FX101055081033.aspx?pid=CL101523371033 - Microsoft videos, training and interactive guides. I found these to be short, clear, and very much to the point. The interactive guides are awesome. A Flash page will appear with the Office 2003 layout. Click on any of the items, and a box appears showing exactly where to find the item in 2007.

·      http://www.dummies.com/how-to/computers-software/ms-office.html - I love this site. When you go to any of the tutorials, look for the video links. Those that have video support are excellent and walk you right through the process.

·      http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=941b3470-3ae9-4aee-8f43-c6bb74cd1466&displaylang=en – Download for the compatibility Pack for Word, Excel and Power Point 2007 formats. If you don’t have Office 2007, you can still open, edit, and save files using the file formats new to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 2007.

If you have additional resources on this topic, apply to be a writer through the link at the top of the wiki, and start sharing with our thanks!
