BINGO RESOURCES

Create Bingo boards in MS Word

http://www.edzone.net/~mwestern/tutorials/bingo.pdf - Detailed instructions on how to create a Bingo Game from Technology from Classroom Teachers. PRINT TO FOLLOW during the session.

http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/TC102202381033.aspx?pid=CT101441811033 – Download a premade Bingo template from the Microsoft site. You can then change the vocabulary in the template and save for different topics.

 http://www.teach-nology.com/web_tools/materials/bingo/5/ - This is an online program that allows you to create and print Bingo boards. Just  type in the Words. Or, better yet, have your students type in the words and create their own boards. Once the words are typed, you can shuffle the words for different boards.

Vocabulary Lists

http://www.studystack.com/ - Find a large variety of word lists to use with Bingo. The site also has word games using the vocabulary lists. Open the area you want to explore. Select the Study Table icon. When the window opens, select the vocabulary list you want. At the top, you may choose “Show All” to see the whole list with definitions. You may copy and paste that vocabulary into Word to use selectively with students. Students can also select “Shuffle” to practice the vocabulary before playing the games.
